"I had to get a part replaced under..."
I had to get a part replaced under warranty, and support did come through in the end. From their tone, I kind of got the feeling they were busy, so I wasn’t too surprised it took a few days. Not the fastest process, but they handled it and everything is working fine now.

"Finally, an app that doesn’t waste my time"
My bike paired with the app right away, which made me annoyed thinking about all the other apps that make this way harder than it needs to be. I can see my time, calories, and resistance all in one place, and so far there haven’t been any random drops. The workouts are easy to find too. Why can’t every fitness app just work like this?

"Smooth delivery, updates could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a rowing machine and, from my point of view, the shipping process was painless overall. I got the tracking info the next day, and it showed up in 6 days, which was right around the timeframe they had given me.
The box did have a small dent on one corner, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. The delivery driver left it by my door, which worked out okay for me. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the tracking updates had been a little more detailed or easier to follow

"Solid bike, still holding up great"
Pretty solid bike so far, honestly. The quality feels good and it’s still sturdy after some use, so yeah, no complaints, it’s doing its job.

"Not gonna lie, setup was super easy"
Not gonna lie, I thought setting it up would be a hassle, but it came together really fast and didn’t give me any headaches at all
